Description
Step back into the Cold War era with Rush'n Attack, an iconic action/platform arcade game released by Konami in 1985. This game immerses players in a unique Cold War setting, with the title being a clever play on 'Russian Attack'. As a United States special operations soldier, your mission is to infiltrate enemy military bases to save POWs from execution. With four distinct stages - a Marshalling Area, a Harbor, an Air Base, and a Siberian Camp - players must rely on their knife to dispatch enemies, supplemented by captured arms. Face unique groups of enemies at the end of each stage and experience the thrill of victory as the rescued POWs salute you. The game gets progressively harder with each new difficulty level and offers a real challenge with a stealth-like bomber and an invisible time limit. Released in Japan on April 10, 1987 for the Family Computer Disk System and later for Nintendo Entertainment System, Rush'n Attack offers a unique blend of action, strategy, and nostalgia.
Game Controls
Rush’n Attack utilizes traditional arcade-style controls. Players navigate their characters using a joystick or directional pad, while buttons are used for attacks and special actions. Specific controls may vary based on the platform.
