about

JeJe.ge is a Georgian hub for retro games, digital nostalgia, and creative content. We are a team of developers and gamers who share our love for classic gaming with a new generation.

The story of JeJe.ge began in the early 2000s, when the internet in Georgia was just starting to emerge. People connected through dial-up modems, worked on Pentium II computers, and PHP and MySQL were only beginning to appear. YouTube didn’t exist yet, and programming was learned from books. Even electricity was not always stable in Georgia — we could work only when the power was on.

Three enthusiasts — JeJe, Kotso, and Leo — created the site almost from scratch. In 2005, Kotso built the first JeJe.ge server from an old Pentium III in a regular case. Under heavy load, it kept shutting down, and Kotso spent hours in the server room fixing it by hand.

The first version of JeJe.ge ran on simple HTML, later on a modified Joomla CMS. Soon after, we built our own system (mostly thanks to Kotso 🙂) — IXVI CMS. And despite being a rather naive gaming site, JeJe.ge still made it into the top 10 most visited websites in Georgia.

Today on JeJe.ge you can play almost all retro console and Flash games directly in your browser:
Nintendo (NES, SNES, N64, Game Boy, Game Boy Advance), Sega (Genesis, Mega Drive, Master System), Atari, Sony PlayStation, and hundreds of classic Flash games.

You can play both on desktop and mobile devices. After logging in, users can save their progress and return to the games anytime.

And most importantly — JeJe, Kotso, and Leo are still best friends to this day.
