Description

Go back in time with Tetris 2, a unique spin on the classic Tetris game. Released in 1993 by Nintendo for Game Boy, Nintendo Entertainment System, and Super Nintendo Entertainment System, Tetris 2, also known as Tetris Flash in Japan, introduces a fresh take on the classic Tetris gameplay. Instead of solely focusing on completing horizontal lines with falling tetrominos, players are challenged to match the colours of the descending blocks with those already on the board. Successfully matching three blocks of the same colour makes them disappear, a concept similar to the Dr. Mario puzzle game. Tetris 2's unique mechanics and challenging gameplay make it a standout title in the world of retro puzzle games.

Game Controls

Game controls for Tetris 2 are unique to the game console it is played on. The general concept remains the same across all platforms, with controls designed to rotate and move the falling blocks, aiming to match colours and clear the game board.
