Description
Air Buster: Trouble Specialty Raid Unit a.k.a. Aero Blasters: Trouble Specialty Raid Unit is a classic arcade-style 1990 horizontal scrolling shooter game developed by Kaneko and licensed to Namco. The player controls a jet fighter designed for space travel, battling enemies, collecting power-ups, and defeating bosses to progress through the levels. The game was unique for its two-player simultaneous gameplay, a rarity among side scrolling shooters on home consoles at the time. The storyline revolves around a mysterious orbital space weapon that attacks Earth, with pilots Mike or Holly of the Trouble Specialty Raid Unit tasked with stopping the invasion. Players navigate through six intense stages, wielding one of seven unique weapons to take down their foes.
