Description

"Relive the glory days of sports gaming with Double Dribble, a seminal basketball arcade game developed by Konami. Released in 1986 as the successor to Super Basketball, Double Dribble quickly gained popularity due to its groundbreaking animation sequences featuring players executing slam dunks and the inclusion of The Star-Spangled Banner during the attract mode - the first of its kind in arcade gaming. Its popularity only grew when it was ported to the Nintendo Entertainment System in 1987. The game is famed for its strategic 'hot spots,' high-percentage areas from where shots are more likely to score. With its unique gameplay and nostalgic charm, Double Dribble remains a classic in the realm of retro sports gaming.
