Description
Step into the world of Fire Shark, a captivating 1989 vertically scrolling shooter arcade game developed by Toaplan. Set in 1991, players take control of a biplane to counterattack a mysterious global invasion from a small island in the Mediterranean Sea. With ten increasingly challenging levels, Fire Shark immerses players in a military-themed shoot 'em up experience reminiscent of 1942. Master the standard shot, obliterating bombs, and an array of weapons, including a wide shot, laser beam, and flamethrower. Collect icons for speed boosts, extra bombs, and firepower upgrades, while scoring high to gain extra lives. The game's rich history and well-received graphics, sound, and gameplay make it a timeless retro shooter staple.
