Description
Immerse yourself in the captivating world of Palamedes, a distinctive puzzle game that was deftly crafted by the Taito Corporation in 1990. This game takes you on a riveting journey of dice matching, where the player's mission is to match their dice with the ones displayed at the top of the screen. With six numbers on each dice, the challenge intensifies, calling for quick decision-making and strategic planning. Players can engage in a solitary mode against the computer, compete with a friend, or participate in a tournament mode against AI opponents. Additionally, the game was ported to various platforms including NES, MSX, FM-Towns, and Game Boy, demonstrating its wide appeal and popularity. The sequel, Palamedes 2: Star Twinkles, released exclusively in Japan in 1991, retained the original gameplay elements while introducing a new level background, keeping the excitement alive for the fans of this retro game.
Game Controls
The game can be controlled using the 'A' and 'B' buttons. The 'B' button changes the number on the player's dice, while the 'A' button is used to throw the dice once it matches the dice at the top of the screen.
