Description
"Relive the thrill of 1980s video gaming with R.B.I. Baseball, a classic retro sports game for the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES). Developed by Namco and published by Tengen, this game broke new ground by being the first to be licensed by the Major League Baseball Players Association (MLBPA). It used actual MLB player names, raising the bar for authenticity in sports video games. The game features 8 teams, each packed with real-life MLB counterparts from the 1986 and 1987 seasons. You'll find established veterans and rising stars, each with unique abilities, making every match-up exciting and unpredictable. From the pitching prowess of Nolan Ryan and Roger Clemens to the lightning-fast base running of Vince Coleman, R.B.I. Baseball brings the thrill of real baseball to your screen. So, step up to the plate, and get ready for some retro gaming action!
Game Controls
As per the original NES game, players use the D-pad to control movement, the A button for actions such as swinging the bat or throwing the ball, and the B button to pitch or control the speed of the runner.
