Description
Side Pocket is a classic pocket billiards video game that first made its way into the arcade world in 1986 by Data East. This retro game, with intellectual property rights now owned by G-Mode, was ported to six home console platforms and also spawned two sequels. The primary play mode, the 'pocket game', challenges players to clear all the balls off the table within a limited number of shots, while scoring a predetermined number of points. Points can be earned by sinking balls, consecutive shots, and sinking balls in numerical order. Trick shot challenges add a twist to gameplay, allowing players to earn extra points or shots. With its multiplayer mode, Side Pocket is a game that brings together nostalgia, strategy, and friendly competition.
