Description

Sky Shark, also known as Flying Shark in other regions, is a vintage arcade shooter game developed by Toaplan and published by Taito in 1987. It is a military-themed vertical scrolling game where players pilot a biplane to combat relentless waves of enemy forces ranging from tanks and artillery to battleships and airplanes. With a standard shot and three potent bombs at your disposal, strategically obliterate any foe that crosses your path. The game features five progressively challenging levels, a variety of power-up items, and a checkpoint system. Sky Shark offers players an immersive retro gaming experience that combines strategic gameplay with relentless action. Revisit this classic shooter and conquer the skies once again.

Game Controls

Sky Shark can be controlled using the joystick for movement. The buttons are used to fire the standard shot and bombs. The game also includes a checkpoint system where players restart at the beginning of the last checkpoint reached before dying.
