Description
Tag Team Wrestling, a 1983 classic arcade game, transports you back to the golden era of gaming. Developed by Technōs Japan and published by Data East, this game represents one of the earliest professional wrestling video games. As a player, you control the wrestling duo Sunny and Terry, pitting their skills against the masked wrestlers of the Heel Team. The game features a unique real-time, menu-based action-reaction fighting module, where you select from a variety of wrestling moves to execute. Your goal is to continually beat the Heel Team to win trophies and maintain gameplay. Game Controls
Control Sunny or Terry around the ring using the joystick. Make contact with the opposing wrestler to initiate a grapple. Release and re-grapple, waiting for the 'Action' command to flash onscreen. Choose the desired wrestling move using the 'select' button and execute it with the 'action' button. Tag out with the 'action' button when necessary. Shake the joystick and hit the 'action' button to throw off a pinning opponent.
